| To Increase the productivity of the Company by increase the sales volume for Manufacturing unit. | |||||||
| The entire team have the responsibility to generate revenue to increse the volume of sell with satisfied customers. | |||||||
| The team will get the insentive as per their performance. | |||||||
| DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | |||||||
| To attend the enquiries of the products generating though various online marketing platforms. Understand the requirements of customers, prepare the quotation and sent to the customer. Followup the concern manager of the company to convert lead into the order. | |||||||
| After Receiving the order forward to manufacturing team for the production. The Production team with take the order for the manufacturing. | |||||||
| After Manufacturing, the products will go to the dispatch team. | |||||||
| The Marketing team has responsibility to take care of their order up to the completion of the projects. | |||||||
| Cummunication Skills | |||||||
| The Marketing team should communicate with the customer regarding our product, customer detail, company profile. They should speak and understand Hindi & English. | |||||||
| POLICY & SERVICE RESPONSIBILITY | |||||||
| Each Candidate will be on probation period of 3 month as a Management trainee. After a completion of successful 3 months they will be taken on the final payroll of the company. | |||||||
| In probationary period they will get the stipend of Rs 15,000 to 20,000/-and final salary will be decided after the successful completion of the probationary period of 3 Months as per their result. | |||||||
